We have a 20 acre Property that we are opening up to Photographers, Videographers in 2026 for Monthly Membership Passes.

The Property is a private creative estate consisting of:

- A large barn and surrounding structures (Previously a Wedding Venue)
- A One Bedroom Cabin (Perfect for Boudoir)
- Horse stalls and select equestrian areas*
- Outdoor fields, wooded areas, and paths
- Approximately 20 acres of privately owned land
- Access is by permission only and is not open to the public.
- Ideal location for Mini Sessions, Family Portraits, Children Portraits, Boudoir, etc...

*The horses are not permitted to be ridden or used as props in sessions. Background is ok, just not ridden.

Silver Creator Membership
- 4 Weekday Sessions*/ Month
- Includes Outdoor Areas + Barn Exterior
- Great for Children Sessions, Family Outdoor Sessions

Gold Creator Membership

- 8 Sessions*/ Month (Weekday Priority)
- Includes Barn + Cabin Interior, Client Changing Area, Outside Areas
- Great for Family Outdoor Sessions, Kids Sessions, and Boudoir

Platinum Creator Membership
- 3 Sessions*/ Week
- Plus 2 Weekend sessions
- Includes Full Access to the property (except horses), Mini Session Hosting,
- Preferred - Photographer Access
- Great for Mini Sessions, Family Outdoor Sessions, Boudoir

General Information:
- *Session is 2 hours.
- Only 3 Membership Packages Available per Group
- Quarterly Billing Available for double the monthly session options. (Example, instead of 3 sessions a week, receive 6 sessions a week)
- Insurance will be kept on file for each photographer
- Upgrades such as Hair and Makeup Services available for an additional cost
- Office services also available for an additional cost (Editing, Booking, Selling Packages, etc...) First come, first serve, for these services...

Daily Passes are being considered starting at $195/ hour for 2 hours.
